You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to open and use a laroph account. laroph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). laroph supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification.
All laroph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. laroph reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and laroph ("laroph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at laroph.club. By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the laroph platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the laroph platform.
By creating a laroph account, clicking "I Accept," or using any part of the laroph website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the laroph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and laroph.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the laroph Platform, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. laroph strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years of age.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The laroph Platform is directed at residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the laroph Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) laroph Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 KYC Verification. laroph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and upon request, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. laroph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to laroph during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful and accurate. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laroph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP). You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 You must notify laroph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. laroph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 laroph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. laroph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
5.1 All deposits and balances on the laroph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). laroph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
5.2 You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. laroph does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed.
5.3 laroph processes deposits in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. laroph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits on the laroph Platform.
6.2 laroph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or terms violation.
6.3 Bonus Funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
6.4 laroph aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
7.1 laroph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and minimum odds stated in the individual promotion terms.
7.2 laroph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. laroph also reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
7.3 Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Players who demonstrate patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to minimal-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements — may have their bonus privileges permanently revoked.
8.1 All bets placed on the laroph Platform are final once confirmed. laroph will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the case of a technical error confirmed by laroph.
8.2 In the event of a manifest pricing error (palpable error) on the laroph sportsbook, laroph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's wallet.
8.3 laroph reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player at its sole discretion.
8.4 Winnings from live casino, slots, bingo, and dragon fishing games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and live dealer procedures that have been independently audited under PAGCOR oversight.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laroph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the laroph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface designs, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive intellectual property of laroph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the laroph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any laroph content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, laroph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the laroph Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
11.2 laroph's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 laroph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of services.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your laroph account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 Closure by laroph. laroph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, is involved in suspected fraud, or is required to be closed pursuant to PAGCOR regulatory requirements. In such cases, laroph may withhold balances pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through laroph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
laroph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the laroph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the laroph Platform and may close your account.
